Having an employer profile created in Pinoy Jobs is a great way to show applicants your company’s background. This also creates transparency between your company and the applicants.

So the next time you think about skipping the ‘Add New Employer Profile’ section, think about these wonderful benefits you’re passing up. It’s really not that hard to create an employer profile. All you need is a logo, your company’s contact information and a great bio with at least 300 words in it.
